Cancellation Policy

Canceling Your Subscription

You can cancel your Measure subscription at any time from your account settings. There is no cancellation fee and no penalty. We believe in fair, low-friction offboarding.

What Happens When You Cancel

When you cancel:

  • Your subscription will not renew at the end of the current billing period
  • You retain full access to Measure until the end of the period you have already paid for
  • No additional charges will be made after cancellation
  • Your tracking snippet continues to function until access ends

Data After Cancellation

After your access ends:

  • Your analytics data is retained for 30 days in case you reactivate
  • After 30 days, all data associated with your account is permanently deleted
  • You may export your data at any time before cancellation takes effect

Free Trial Cancellation

If you cancel during your 14-day free trial, you will not be charged. Your trial access ends immediately upon cancellation, and your data is deleted within 30 days.

Reactivation

You may reactivate your account at any time during the 30-day data retention window. If you reactivate, your historical data is restored and a new billing period begins. After 30 days, data is deleted and cannot be recovered.

How to Cancel

To cancel, sign in to your account and navigate to Settings → Billing → Cancel Subscription. If you have any trouble, email us at support@measure.events and we will cancel your account promptly.
