1. Agreement
By accessing or using Measure ("the Service"), operated by Turbo Puffin, LLC ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. The Service
Measure is a privacy-first web analytics platform. We provide a JavaScript tracking snippet you install on your website and a dashboard to view your analytics data. We also provide an API and MCP server for programmatic access.
3. Accounts
You must provide a valid email address to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
4. Payment
Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. All fees are in US dollars. Your subscription renews automatically unless you cancel. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial months.
5. Free Trial
New accounts receive a 14-day free trial. You may cancel at any time during the trial without being charged. After the trial period, your payment method will be charged for the subscription plan you selected.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
- Use the Service to collect personal data in violation of privacy laws
- Resell or redistribute the Service without our written permission
7. Data Ownership
You own your analytics data. We do not sell, share, or use your data for advertising. When you delete your account, we delete your data. See our Privacy Policy for details.
8. Service Availability
We make reasonable efforts to keep the Service available 24/7, but we do not guarantee uptime. We are not liable for any downtime, data loss, or service interruptions.
9. Termination
You may cancel your account at any time from your account settings. We may terminate or suspend your account if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Turbo Puffin, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
11. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
