Refund Policy

Our Approach

We want you to be satisfied with Measure. If something goes wrong on our end, we will make it right. We do not issue refunds for unused portions of a billing period, but we handle genuine problems fairly and promptly.

Free Trial

Measure includes a 14-day free trial. You will not be charged until your trial ends. If you cancel during the trial, you owe nothing. We encourage you to evaluate Measure thoroughly during the trial period before committing.

Billing Errors

If you were charged incorrectly — for example, due to a billing system error or a duplicate charge — we will issue a full refund for the erroneous amount. Contact us within 30 days of the charge and we will investigate and resolve it promptly.

Service Outages

We make reasonable efforts to keep Measure available at all times. If an extended outage (more than 24 continuous hours) affects your ability to use the service in a given billing period, you may request a pro-rated credit for the affected time. Credits are applied to your next billing period, not refunded as cash.

No Refunds for Unused Time

We do not offer refunds for partial months of service. If you cancel mid-cycle, you retain access through the end of the period you have paid for. This is standard for SaaS subscriptions and is disclosed at signup.

How to Request a Refund

Email support@measure.events with your account email address and a description of the issue. We respond to all refund requests within 2 business days.
